Convicted murderer receives 2nd life sentence for killing cellmate in Santa Rosa CI (weartv.com)

A previously convicted murderer was convicted for killing again while in the Santa Rosa Correctional Institute. We are proud of the work done by our PROC crime laboratory staff!
