Suitability to Work with Minors

Starting in calendar year 2019, a condition was added into many OJP federal awards regarding the determination of suitability required, in advance, for certain individuals who may interact with participating minors. In order to assist participates with understanding the requirements associated with this condition and how it effects FDLE awards, a training was developed. Florida Department of Law Enforcement Priorities

FDLE is composed of five areas: Executive Direction and Business Support, Criminal Investigations and Forensic Science, Criminal Justice Information, Criminal Justice Professionalism and Florida Capitol Police.
