Currently certified and employed participants may be awarded training time, that can be applied toward their 40 hour mandatory retraining that is required every four years, if their agency head or designee enters the training into the ATMS. Instructions describing this process are included on the quiz results page at the end of each course.
 


Florida Department of Law Enforcement Priorities

FDLE is composed of five areas: Executive Direction and Business Support, Criminal Investigations and Forensic Science, Criminal Justice Information, Criminal Justice Professionalism and Florida Capitol Police. FDLE’s duties, responsibilities and procedures are mandated through Chapter 943, FS, and Chapter 11, FAC.
