The Florida Law Enforcement Analyst Training Program
The Law Enforcement Analyst Training Program at the Florida Department of Law Enforcement offers training for law enforcement analysts working for state, local, tribal, and federal law enforcement agencies in Florida, and on occasion, other states. The program currently offers three fundamental analyst courses: 1) the FDLE Core Analyst Training (FCAT), 2) the Florida Law Enforcement Analyst Training (FLEAT), and 3) the Florida Law Enforcement Analyst Academy (FLEAA). In addition, the program offers periodic training sessions for advanced and senior law enforcement analysts, including the Advanced Analytical Training Seminar (AATS).
All course content and training curricula are reviewed regularly to ensure the training and education needs of student analysts and agency partners are met.
