Florida is divided into three U.S. Attorney's Office (USAO) districts – Northern, Middle, and Southern. To see how these districts are divided, please refer to the Florida District Map.
Northern District of Florida
The Northern District of Florida is comprised of the following counties: Alachua, Bay, Calhoun, Dixie, Escambia, Franklin, Gadsden, Gilchrist, Gulf, Holmes, Jackson, Jefferson, Lafayette, Leon, Levy, Liberty, Madison, Okaloosa, Santa Rosa, Taylor, Wakulla, Walton, and Washington.
Middle District of Florida
The Middle District of Florida is comprised of the following counties: Baker, Bradford, Brevard, Charlotte, Citrus, Clay, Collier, Columbia, DeSoto, Duval, Flagler, Glades, Hamilton, Hardee, Hendry, Hernando, Hillsborough, Lake, Lee, Manatee, Marion, Nassau, Orange, Osceola, Pasco, Pinellas, Polk, Putnam, Sarasota, Seminole, St. Johns, Sumter, Suwannee, Union, and Volusia.
Southern District of Florida
The Southern District of Florida is comprised of the following counties: Broward, Highlands, Indian River, Martin, Miami-Dade, Monroe, Okeechobee, Palm Beach, and St. Lucie.
