FDLE arrests Tampa man for a lewd and lascivious act

The Florida Department of Law Enforcement Tampa Regional Operations Center Cyber Squad arrested Peter Babajko, 51, of Tampa, for one count of lewd and lascivious exhibition, a second-degree felony and one count of transmission of harmful material to a minor, a third-degree felony.
 
According to investigators, this arrest resulted from an undercover investigation where Babajko exposed himself to a FDLE special agent through a live video feed.  Babajko believed he was exposing himself to a 14-year-old girl.
 
Babajko was arrested without incident and booked into the Hillsborough County Jail. This case will be prosecuted by the Office of the State Attorney, 13th Judicial Circuit.
