NARRATIVE: On April 26, 1990, the recently deceased body of an unidentified white male was discovered along I-75 in a Westbound ditch in Suwannee County, approximately 1/2 mile south of County Road 136 in Live Oak. His age may range from 25 to 40 years of age, 5 feet 10 inches tall, 166 pounds, grey-brown eyes, and straight brown hair. He was wearing a grey shirt, blue jeans, undershorts, white socks and blue tennis shoes.
