NARRATIVE: On December 10, 2005 an unidentified black male was found on the beach near 11730 Turtle Beach Road in North Palm Beach, Florida. The man measured at 5'10" and weighed 201 pounds and he appeared to be in his 20's. He had short black hair, brown eyes and a sparse mustache. The unidentified was found wearing black pants, a gray t-shirt with a brown shirt and a black belt.
