NARRATIVE:
On November 16, 1996 the unidentified body of a black male was found lying on the sidewalk at 187 NW 54th Street in Miami, Florida. The man was between the ages of 20 and 25, measured at 5'8" and weighed 150 pounds. The deceased was wearing a short-sleeve denim jacket, a black t-shirt, two white and beige boxer shorts, a pair of blue jeans, a pair of maroon socks and a pair of black and white high top sneakers.
