NARRATIVE: On February 18, 1984 the unidentified body of a white female was found in a canal at 2600 SW 130th Ave in Davie, Florida. The woman appeared to be between 18 and 30 years of age. She measured at 5'4" and weighed 120 pounds and had bleached blond hair and hazel or light brown eyes. The woman had a gap between her teeth that appeared to have been filled.
