NARRATIVE: On December 5, 2005 the unidentified body of a black female washed up on the beach at 1300 Turtle Beach Road in North Palm Beach, Florida. The woman was 5'6" and weighed 132 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. She was wearing a white flowered shirt and a white bathing suit bottom. The unidentified was also wearing gold sparkle polish on her toenails. It is possible she is from Jamaica.
