NARRATIVE:
On October 7, 1995 a white, unidentified female with light brown or blond hair was found in the water off the southern end of Pine Island, near St. James City, Florida. The woman was approximately 5'3", 115 pounds with an age range of 35 to 45 years. The woman had a scar on the left side of her head where part of the skull was removed and replaced back with steel sutures. She also had two surgically placed screws in her right ankle. On her left wrist she wore a small Timex watch with red stripes running the length of the band.
