NARRATIVE:
On November 1, 1985 A white adult male with brown hair and a height of 5'9" and weight of 150 pounds was recovered from a car accident westbound on US 98, approximately three miles east of Fort Meade, Florida. The unidentified man may have gone by the name of Joe. The man drove a 1981 Ford pickup truck with John E. Hembree Construction Inc. out of Lake Park, FL on the door. He was wearing blue running shoes, blue denim jeans and a white undershirt.
