NARRATIVE:
On October 19, 2003, the body of an unidentified white female victim was found in the downtown area of Water and Lee Street in Jacksonville. The victim died within a few days of being found and was recognized as a local transient, although a name could not be obtained. The victim's age may range from 45 to 60 years, height of 5 feet 6 inches, weight 149 pounds, blue eyes and grey hair. She was wearing a striped long-sleeved green, blue and white sweater, pink sweatpants and a purple winter coat.
