NARRATIVE: The unidentified person was found in September 1976 on the side of Dogwood Road in Baltimore County. The 15 to 30 year old victim has the letters "J.P." tattooed on her upper right arm, just below the shoulder. She was wearing a white/beige pullover short sleeve top, Levi beige-yellow jeans, and a rawhide string necklace with a small round object affixed. A light brown leather shoe with twine used as a shoelace was found nearly and suspected to have been worn by the female. She had a 1 1/2 inch car on her left thigh. The photo shown is an artist reconstruction of what the victim may have looked like.
