UCR Definition
The Florida Uniform Crime Reports program defines Weapons Violations as violations of laws or ordinances prohibiting the manufacture, sale, purchase, transportation, possession, or use of firearms, cutting instruments, explosives, incendiary devices, or other deadly weapons.

Summary
There were a total of 6,624 arrests for Weapons Violations reported to the Florida UCR program. Of these arrests, 800 were juveniles and 5,824 were adults.
