UCR Definition
The Florida Uniform Crime Reports program defines Non-Forcible Sex Offenses as sexual intercourse, sexual contact, or the unlawful behavior or conduct intended to result in sexual gratification without force or threat of force and where the victim is incapable of giving consent. This may include:
Incest
Sexual intercourse between persons who are related to each other within the degrees wherein marriage is prohibited by law.
Indecent Exposure
Exposure by the offender of his/her private body parts to the sight of another person in a lewd or indecent manner in a public place.
The Florida Uniform Crime Reports program defines Obscenity as conduct which by community standards is deemed to corrupt public morals by its indecency and/or lewdness. This may include:
Obscene Communication/Telephone Call
To make or transmit a lewd, indecent, or lascivious telephone call or other communications.
Obscene Material/Pornography
To unlawfully manufacture, publish, sell, buy, or possess material (e.g., literature, photographs, statuettes, etc.) which by community standards is deemed capable of corrupting public morals.

847.011 - Prohibition of certain acts in connection with obscene, lewd, etc., materials

847.013 – Exposing minors to harmful motion pictures, exhibitions, shows, presentations, or representations
847.06 –Obscene Matter
847.07 – Wholesale promotion of obscene materials
Summary
There were a total of 2,238 arrests for Non-Forcible Sex Offenses reported in 2018. Of these arrests, 184 were juveniles and 2,054 were adults.
