UCR Definition

The Uniform Crime Reports program defines drug equipment as the unlawful manufacture, sale, purchase, possession, or transportation of equipment or devices used for preparing and/or taking drugs or narcotics.

There were a total of 14,740 arrests for Drug Equipment reported in 2018. Of these arrests, 368 were juveniles and 14,372 were adults.

Drug Equipment arrests by age and sex 2018.  There were 282 juvenile males, 86 juvenile females, 10,095 adult males, and 4,277 adult females arrested.
