Research Florida Statutes

• Complete Florida Statute information can be found at the State of Florida Legislature website.  The statutes can be found in a Full Volume format that is searchable.
• The Florida Administrative Code may also be of use in researching Florida Statutes.  It is maintained by the Department of State.
  FDLE is specifically mentioned in Chapter 11 of the Florida Administrative Code.
• FDLE's Arrest/Clerk Statute Table allows arresting agencies and the court system to search or download a list of offenses based on either their Statute number, AON/FCIC number and/or Description.  It does not provide complete statute information, nor extra information that might be necessary for the uninformed to make use of it.
