FDLE Arrests Milton Resident for Online Sexual Solicitation of a Minor

MILTON, Fla. – The Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) arrested Kenneth Daughtery, 64, of Milton, for one count of online sexual solicitation of a minor, one count of promoting the sexual performance of a minor, and one count of using a two-way communication device to facilitate a felony. The arrest is part of FDLE’s statewide initiative to identify and apprehend criminals using the Internet to sexually exploit children and sharing files depicting the sexual abuse of children.
The investigation began in Aug. 2026 when Daughtery began communicating with two undercover agents, who were posing as a juvenile girl. Throughout the course of the communication, Daughtery solicited the child persona to engage in sexual activity, and offered monetary compensation to receive a video of the persona engaging in sexual activity.
On Sept. 10, FDLE agents arrested Daughtery. He was booked into the Santa Rosa County Jail with no bond.
The Office of the State Attorney, 1st Judicial Circuit, is prosecuting the case.
The investigation remains active.
