FDLE agents arrest Port Richey Mayor Dale Glen Massad

TAMPA, Fla. – Following a four-month investigation, FDLE agents, assisted by Pasco County Sheriff’s Office, arrested Dale Glen Massad, 68, of 8221 Hayward Lane, Port Richey, on charges of Practicing Medicine without a License.
Massad is the mayor of Port Richey.FDLE is composed of five areas: Executive Direction and Business Support, Criminal Investigations and Forensic Science, Criminal Justice Information, Criminal Justice Professionalism and Florida Capitol Police.
