Bias-Based Profiling Policy

Sworn members of the Department will not engage in the practice of bias-based profiling. Citizens are guaranteed equal protection under the law and the right to be free from unreasonable searches and seizures. Sworn members of the Department will carry out their enforcement responsibilities in a manner that respects these rights and upholds the dignity of all persons.

Florida Department of Law Enforcement Priorities

FDLE is composed of five areas: Executive Direction and Business Support, Criminal Investigations and Forensic Science, Criminal Justice Information, Criminal Justice Professionalism and Florida Capitol Police.
