Report Fraud, Waste and Abuse

The Florida Legislature created the Florida Whistle-Blower Act in 1986 to encourage public employees to do the right thing and report fraud, waste and abuse within their state or local agencies.  This act was created to protect employees from retaliation by their employing governmental agency and to encourage them to report when improper activity is occurring.
 
You have two options for reporting fraud, waste or abuse:

Option 1: FDLE Specific Complaint
 
Report directly to FDLE via Online form: Report Fraud, Waste and Abuse within FDLE
  • Use this form only if you are a current or former FDLE member or a contract employee working on a site within an FDLE facility and need to report a violation of law of improper conduct.
 Or
 
Option 2: Executive Office of the Governor Office of the Chief Inspector General 
 
You may elect to file a complaint with the Executive Office of the Governor Office of the Chief Inspector General.
