FDLE arrests Perry man for child pornography

PERRY, Fla. – Florida Department of Law Enforcement agents today arrested Wayne Lee Phillips, 61, of 6398 Beach Road, Perry, for eight counts of possession of child pornography.
 
After receiving a cybertip from the National Centers for Missing and Exploited Children, agents executed a search warrant at Phillips’ residence with the assistance of the Taylor County Sheriff’s Office. They found child pornography which featured children as young as three years old. 
 
Phillips was booked into the Taylor County Jail.  Additional charges are dependent upon completion of forensic exams. The case will be prosecuted by the State Attorney’s Office, Third Judicial Circuit.
