FDLE arrests Cape Coral man for child pornography

LEE COUNTY, Fla. – Agents with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement arrested Jose Enrique Ortega, 39, of Cape Coral, on 20 counts of possession of child pornography and one count of promotion of child pornography.
FDLE agents served a search warrant today at Ortega’s apartment and found a desktop computer that contained hundreds of digital images of child pornography.
Ortega was booked into the Lee County Jail. The case will be prosecuted by the Office of the State Attorney, 20th Judicial Circuit.
