FDLE arrests Marianna man for child pornography

MARIANNA, Fla. – Agents with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement arrested 33-year-old Marcus A. Pierce, of 4325 Deering Street, Marianna, for 20 counts of possession of child pornography.

An investigation by FDLE’s Panama City Field Office revealed that child pornography had been uploaded from an IP address that belonged to Pierce. Agents executed a search warrant on his residence and found that his computer contained multiple child pornography images featuring children as young as one year old.

Pierce was booked into the Jackson County Jail without bond. The case will be prosecuted by the State Attorney’s Office, 14th Judicial Circuit.
