FDLE arrests Plant City man for Child Pornography

 
PLANT CITY, Fla. ­­­­­­– Agents with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, with the assistance of the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office, today arrested Michael Anthony Ford, 49, of 2801 Mud Lake Road Apt. 12, Plant City, Florida, on 40 counts of possession of child pornography.

The investigation began after FDLE agents determined that a computer at Ford’s residence was being used to upload images and videos of child pornography which depicted the sexual abuse of children, ranging in ages from 6-12 years old.

Ford was booked into the Hillsborough County Jail on $100,000 bond. This case will be prosecuted by the Office of the State Attorney, 13th Judicial Circuit.
