FDLE arrests Melbourne man for child pornography

 
Agents with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement this morning arrested Arno Werner, 57, of Melbourne, Florida, on 10 counts of possession of child pornography.     
 
On March 30, 2016, FDLE agents executed a search warrant at Werner’s residence, 4778 Alamanda Drive, Melbourne, Florida. The investigation began after agents determined a computer at Werner’s residence had downloaded files containing child pornography on the internet. Several items of digital evidence were recovered for forensic examination.

Werner was booked into the Brevard County Jail with bond set at $350,000. This case will be prosecuted by the Office of the State Attorney, 18th Judicial Circuit.
