FDLE arrests Leesburg man for child pornography

 
LEESBURG, Fla. – Agents with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement arrested Matthew James Phillips, 26, of 2108 Vine Street, Leesburg, Florida, on 2 counts of possession of child pornography. 
 
FDLE agents, along with detectives from the Leesburg Police Department served a search warrant today at Phillips residence and located a computer that was being used to download child pornography. 
 
Phillips was booked into the Lake County Jail without bond.  This case will be prosecuted by the Office of the State Attorney, 5th Judicial Circuit.
