TAMARAC, Fla. – Agents with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement found missing Georgia toddler, 18-month-old Carter Johnson, in an apartment on NW 57th Court in Tamarac, Florida.  A Georgia AMBER Alert had been issued for the child last Friday after his noncustodial father, Willis Johnson, 31, took him across state lines.
FDLE agents, working with Doraville (Georgia) Police Department, located the child and officers with Doraville PD convinced the father to release Carter to FDLE agents.
