Punta Gorda man arrested for child pornography

 
PUNTA GORDA, Fla. - The Florida Department of Law Enforcement Fort Myers Regional Operations Center Cyber High-Tech Crime Task Force arrested John Casey Jr., 25, of Punta Gorda, Fla, for 10 counts of sexual performance by a child.
   
On July 31, 2015, FDLE agents served a search warrant at Casey’s home, located at 2511 Luther Rd. Apt. 628, Punta Gorda, and located numerous digital images of child pornography.  
  
Casey was booked into the Charlotte County Jail on Friday.  The investigation will be prosecuted by the Office of the State Attorney, 20th Judicial Circuit.
 
The FDLE Fort Myers Regional Operations Center Cyber High-Tech Crime Task Force consists of law enforcement officers from FDLE, Homeland Security Investigations, and the Fort Myers Police Department.
