FDLE arrests Orlando man for threats

ORLANDO, Fla. – The Florida Department of Law Enforcement Orlando Regional Operations Center arrested Pedro Cerutti Jr., 26, 1275 Sandestin Way, Orlando, Fla., for threatening to “blow up” the FDLE Orlando Regional Operations Center in violation of Florida State Statute 790.162. 
Cerutti called FDLE Orlando just after 9:00 this morning threatening to “blow up” the building at 500 West Robinson Street.   A trespass warning had been previously issued to Cerutti in January on behalf of FDLE Orlando. 
Agents arrested Cerutti just after 4:30 this afternoon at his home without incident.  He will be booked into the Orange County Jail.  The Office of the State Attorney, 9th judicial circuit, will prosecute the case.
