Tallahassee man arrested for child pornography

TALLAHASSEE - The Florida Department of Law Enforcement Tallahassee Regional Operations Center Cyber Crime Squad, with assistance from Homeland Security Investigations and Leon County Sheriff’s Office,  yesterday arrested David A. Cruz-Mejia, 34, of Tallahassee, Fla., for one count of obscene material, possession of child pornography, section 827.071 (5) Florida Statutes, a third degree felony. 
 
Agents served a search warrant at the residence of Cruz-Mejia, located at 203 Victory Garden Drive, Tallahassee, Fla., and located numerous computer images of child pornography. 
 
Cruz-Mejia was booked into the Leon County Jail.  The investigation will be prosecuted by the Office of the State Attorney, 2nd Judicial Circuit.
