Tampa man arrested for capitol sexual battery

TAMPA - The Florida Department of Law Enforcement’s Tampa Bay Regional Operations Center’s Violent Crime Squad, in conjunction with the St. Petersburg Police Department, arrested Keven Sedwick, 40, of Tampa, on four counts of capital sexual battery. 

The investigation began in December 2012, when three alleged female victims came forward.  The girls were between the ages of 7 and 12 when the alleged abuse occurred.  

Sedwick was arrested Friday at the St. Petersburg Police Department and booked into the Pinellas County Jail on a no bond warrant.

This case will be prosecuted by the State Attorney’s Office, Sixth Judicial Circuit.
