Orange County Men Arrested for Possession of Child Pornography

Florida Department of Law Enforcement Orlando Regional Operations Center special agents today arrested two Orange County men on charges of possession of child pornography. Dale Chisena Sr, 58, and Dale Chisena Jr, 22, were arrested by FDLE with assistance from the Attorney General’s CyberCrime Unit after investigators discovered the men had multiple images of child pornography in their possession.

Investigators located images of child pornography during a routine investigation and traced the images back to the Chisena residence. A search warrant was executed at their Ocoee home where computer equipment was seized to undergo forensic analysis. An initial review of the equipment revealed approximately 1,000 images of child pornography, including some images of female children appearing to be infants.

Dale Chisena, Sr. and Dale Chisena, Jr. will be booked into the Orange County Jail and face charges of multiple counts of possession of child pornography. Additional charges are pending a full forensic review of seized items.

The agencies involved in today’s arrest are all members of the Central Florida Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.

This case will be prosecuted by the State Attorney’s Office, Ninth Judicial Circuit.
