NARRATIVE: Joseph Johnson was last seen in the 12100 block of NW 22nd Avenue of Miami, Florida. Mr. Johnson is an Army veteran. Due to health issues, he was being cared for by a friend, Mr. William Merritt. Their last known residence was destroyed in a fire, in 2009. He has not been heard from since. Mr. J. Johnson was known to frequent the area of North Miami Beach. There is limited information on Mr. W. Merritt, who may also be an Army veteran.
