NARRATIVE: Elizabeth went missing from her residence at the Abalone Apartments on Tyndall Parkway in Panama City on April 30, 2004. She had no vehicle, cellular phone or credit cards, and it appeared she did not take any of her belongings with her when she left. She wore contact lenses but had no noted scars, tattoos or marks.
