NARRATIVE:
On August 5, 2007 an unidentified Hispanic male was struck and killed by a vehicle on State Road 189 at Manning Drive in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. The deceased was in his mid 20's to 30's and measured at 5'7" and 146 pounds. He had black hair, brown eyes and a well-trimmed moustache and goatee. The man was found in a white polo with a blue stripe, khaki cargo shorts with a khaki belt, and gray boxer shorts; two black and white tennis shoes, a white cap and a yellow metal chain.
