NARRATIVE:
On January 24, 1989, the remains of an unidentified white male were found in an orange grove near Curley Road, East Pasco County, San Antonio, Florida. The remains may have been there over a year. He was age 30 to 50 years, height of 56 to 58, weight unknown, hair brown or auburn.
He was wearing a "Black Hills of South Dakota" sleeveless shirt with an Indian image on the back, size 32W x 28L navy blue uniform pants marked with red paint with the name Randy printed on the tag and size 9-10 light brown cowboy boots worn heavily on the heal. Thick plastic brown framed "Givenchy" glasses and upper and lower metal framed partial denture plates were found at the location. The images are reconstructions. A tattoo located on the left bicep contained the initials H f D, wings, flames, cross, rebel flag and swastika and another tattoo on the left forearm of a green flaming dragon winding down the arm of a nude lady with red high heels on a rebel flag background.
