NARRATIVE: On September 19, 1983, the remains of an unidentified white female, possibly 15 to 19 years of age, was found on the east side of US 27, 8 miles North of State Rd. 84, in Broward County, Florida. She had a marked overbite and extensive dental work, including several fillings and may have walked with a limp. She was wearing a gold chain necklace with a seashell.
