How to File a Complaint

Individuals have the right to participate in programs and activities of USDOJ grant recipients or subrecipients without regard to race, color, national origin, sex, religion, disability, or age, as provided under federal law.

Recipient clients, customers, program participants, applicants, or consumers who wish to file a discrimination complaint against FDLE OCJG or one of FDLE's recipients should submit a Complaint Form as outlined in the FDLE OCJG Complaint Procedures.

Subgrant Application & Management (SAM) Unit

The SAM Unit serves as the primary point-of-contact for recipients and is responsible for all federal award applications, grant adjustments, claims, financial closeouts, and program generated income (PGI) reporting.

Who is the assigned FDLE grant manager for my county?
Compliance Performance and Reporting (CPR) Unit

The CPR Unit is responsible for all recipient performance reviews, monitoring, audit reviews, award closeouts, etc.

Who is the FDLE grant manager who will be handling my performance reviews and monitoring?
Administration and Leadership Team (ALT)

The ALT is responsible for the overall management of the bureau, submission and oversight of the bureau's federal awards, coordination of monitoring and federal reporting activities, and providing training and technical assistance to recipients.
