Online Mandatory Training


E-FORCSE Information Security and Privacy Training Course

The Florida Department of Law Enforcement has developed this online course, E-FORCSE Information Security and Privacy Training Course, with the E-FORCSE Program and the Florida Department of Health.

Successful completion of this course fulfills the security and privacy training requirements for law enforcement and investigative agencies to request and receive confidential and exempt health information from the E-FORCSE database as required by 64K-1.003(2)(a)3., Florida Administrative Code. It will also satisfy the mandatory retraining requirements for Rule 11B-27.00212 (5) (a) Florida Administrative Code.
 

Certified officers may be awarded one hour of training that can be applied toward the 40 hour mandatory retraining requirement.

Important message: You must print the quiz results page upon completion of this online training. Please ensure you are connected to a printer prior to beginning the online training course, as we are unable to track or store your information.



Once you have completed this online course, print, sign, and date the quiz results page. Provide a copy to your agency’s E-FORCSE administrator as proof of training course completion prior to appointment.

For mandatory retraining, turn your quiz results page in to the person designated by your agency to enter records into the Automated Training Management System (ATMS) and a certificate can be provided to you by that designee.
