FDLE arrests Jordan Wagner for third time in a month
Agents believe there could be additional victims

ORLANDO – Agents with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement Orlando Regional Operations Center Cyber Crime Task Force on Aug. 12, 2013, arrested Jordan Wagner, 23, of Altamonte Springs, Fla., for one count of traveling to meet a minor for sexual activity, one count of lewd and lascivious molestation and one count of transmitting harmful material to a minor.
On July 19, 2013, FDLE arrested Wagner for ten counts of possession of child pornography. Again on Aug. 9, 2013, FDLE agents arrested Wagner again for one count of solicitation of a minor via the Internet to engage in unlawful sexual conduct.
Wagner was booked into the Seminole County Jail on $50,000 bond. Upon his release, Wagner will be transported to the Marion County Jail and held there on $172,000 bond. The case will be prosecuted by the Office of the State Attorney, 5th Judicial Circuit.
