The 2012 Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Annual Training Symposium will be held at the Sawgrass Marriott, 1000 PGA TOUR Blvd., Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida 32082.  Visit the Sawgrass Marriott website for more information about the hotel and its amenitites.  

Hotel Accommodations:
The room rate is $95.00 per night for single occupancy.  Each additional adult will be charged $20.00 per room, per day.

Upon request, the group rate will be extended to any attendee arriving as early as three days prior and departing as late as three days after the symposium if reserved prior to the cutoff date (based on availability).

The cutoff date/time for making reservations is June 15, 2012 at 3pm (EST).  Reservations made after this date may not receive the group rate or room block.

Tax Exemption:
If your organization is tax exempt, please bring a copy of your agency’s current exemption certificate issued by the State of Florida (other state certificates are not valid).
Note: If a guest is using his/her individual credit card for a room reservation, the Tax Exemption is not applicable and tax will be charged. Guests must use company/agency forms of payment to be Tax Exempt.

Complimentary self parking for all attendees
Valet parking - $20.00 per night

***Depending on availability, the hotel may extend the group room rate for those attendees wishing to make room reservations for up to three days prior to and after the symposium dates.  These reservations must be made by phone by calling 1-800-457-4653.***
