Attendee Registration

Attendee Registration Information:

The registration fee for attendees is $125 until the cutoff date and $150 after the cutoff.
The cutoff date is 3:00 pm (EST) on June 15, 2012.
Registration fees must be received by the hotel prior to the cutoff date to avoid the higher registration fee.

Registration at the 2012 CJIS Annual Training Symposium will include:
  • Symposium training materials
  • Continental breakfast each morning including water, coffee, tea, juice, breakfast bread and fruit, yogurt or cereal; along with a hot breakfast item to include sausage and egg biscuit, or ham and cheese croissant.
  • Water, coffee and tea during the morning break daily.
  • Sodas and bottled water during the afternoon break daily.

Attendee Payment Information:

Credit card payments for registration fees require the completion of a credit card authorization form.  Please complete and print the form for submission to the Sawgrass Marriott.  The form may be faxed to (904) 280-7009 or emailed to paldrich@sawgrassmarriott.com.  Please remember, all payments for registration fees should include the respective confirmation number(s) associated with the payment(s).

Note:  Payments are NOT to be sent to FDLE.
