Duty Officer Supervisor – SES
Duty Officer Supervisor Requirements
A high school diploma or its equivalent and two years of public contact experience, one of which must have been in radio-teletype operations, sworn law enforcement or dispatching work.
College education can substitute at the rate of 30 eemester or 45 quarter hours for up to a maximum of one year of the required general public contact experience.
Experience in law enforcement or other public contact work can substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required high school education.
